At The Hybrid Geek, we strive to provide fast, transparent, and hassle-free hybrid battery replacement services. To help set expectations and avoid any confusion, here’s what you need to know about our diagnostic limitations, refund policy, and cancellations:

 


🔍 Do You Offer Diagnostic Services?

We do not provide diagnostic services. While our team specializes in hybrid battery replacement, we do not scan vehicles for error codes, nor do we diagnose issues unrelated to the hybrid battery.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend having a trusted repair shop or dealership diagnose your vehicle. This helps ensure the hybrid battery is truly the issue and avoids unnecessary replacements or costs.

 


💳 Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for hybrid battery orders or installations once completed. Our batteries are tested, warrantied, and shipped or installed as final-sale products.

 

If the hybrid battery does not resolve your vehicle's issue due to unrelated mechanical or electrical problems, we cannot offer a refund. This is why a proper diagnosis is critical before placing your order.

📅 What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans change! Here's how cancellations work:

  • Cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment:
    ✅ You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or prepayment.

  • Cancel while the installer is en route or onsite:
    ❌ We reserve the right to retain your deposit or a portion of your payment to cover the installer’s time and travel.

 


⚠️ Why This Policy Exists

Our business model is built on fast mobile service, and we prepare each order and route with care. Once a technician is en route with your battery, costs are already incurred — so we kindly ask that customers double-check vehicle diagnostics and confirm availability before placing an order.
